IRIS KLOTZ
Iris has been Volunteering here since June of 2016. She came on board and started working the Front Desk this past October. Her hobbies include taking her Dog on walks, she enjoys arts and crafts and she loves attending the concerts at the Potter Center. Her husband and her also sponsor a child from a different country and she enjoys writing the little girl. Her motto in life, " Be happy, be the best you can and help people whenever you can." She wants the members to know that once you start coming on a daily basis and you get into a groove it gets easier and you start seeing results and feeling better about yourself. So don't give up!!!
Iris has been a great addition to the Fitness Center and we love having her smiling face right when you walk in. Welcome, IRIS!!!

Featured Class of the week: Boot Camp class with Nicki on Tuesdays 7:45 am - 8:15 am.
This class is a military-style program with exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups. It is a full-body workout with a new combination in every class, so you will never get bored.

Nicki will be teaching a Boot Camp class on Tuesdays from 7:45-8:15 am.Nicki has been an instructor for almost 9 years. When she isn't teaching class she enjoys running, shopping, going up north to her cottage, playing with her 5 grandchildren and taking a boot camp class in Manchester.Her Fitness motto is ," You're here and we're moving!"Something else she wants the members to know is that she has been a realtor for 31 years in the Brooklyn area.

Class of the week:
Silver Sneakers with Kathy- This class is for older individuals who would like to take a fitness class but aren't sure if it's too hard or aren't familiar with classes. This class incorporates small weights, a chair and bands. Great music, great company and a even better instructor. Come in and try it for yourself.
Side note: If you have Silver Sneakers through your insurance this class is free to you. Call your insurance company to see if Silver sneakers is included with your policy.

MARY KENNEDY
She teaches Fit Spin on Mondays from 8:00- 8:50 am. She has been an instructor for 15 years. Her Fitness Motto is, " Quality is always top priority over quantity, proper form is a must and listening to your body".
What she wants others to know is that she started teaching body pump/strength training 15 years ago and she also subs for step and fit fusion.
