
National Pack Your Lunch Day: It encourages everyone across the country to take their lunch to work, school or where ever they’re spending the day. It’s a great opportunity to eat fresh and healthy.

NATIONAL AWARENESS: March 4 is the only day on the calendar that’s also a military command. We celebrate the servicemen and servicewomen in our lives with National G.I. Day. Soldiers in the U.S. military including members of the Army, Air Forces, and Marines.

Class of the Week:
Gentle Yoga- ( Tuesdays 9:45-10:30am )
This class is great if you want to slow it down and really stretch. You gentle flow from move to move with soft and rejuvenating music. A great class if you have had a stressful day or need to just breath and relax.

Happy Nutella Day! If you like Hazelnut and Chocolate why not mix up your basic peanut butter and jelly sandwich and add Nutella instead. You can even substitute Nutella in your bread recipes, cookies and drinks. #NutellaDay

Meet the Staff:COURTNEY TOTEFF
Courtney has been the Fitness Director here at the Center for a little over a year. She has also been a NETA Personal Trainer for over 11 years.
Her hobbies include enjoying time with her two little ones, Coaching, Family, doing DIY projects, Running, Basketball, Kayaking, Hunting and Fishing.
Her Motto is," Never take life too serious, live your life with Love, Laughter and Faith."
She thoroughly enjoys working here at the Fitness Center and her kids and her have loved gaining so many great relationships with the wonderful staff and members.

Rosa Creech:
Rosa has been teaching Zumba and STRONG for 4 years. Her hobbies include spending time with her 3 teenagers, biking, running and traveling. Her Fitness motto is, " No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, keep it up! Find what makes you happy and do it."
She enjoys bringing fun yet challenging classes to her class participants. She wants everyone to feel welcome when taking her class. She is driven by the energy of her students and enjoys seeing everyone achieve their own goals.
If you want a fun class that gets your heart and rhythm going, come and enjoy one of her classes. Mondays at 5:30-6:30- Zumba and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 STRONG.

Class of the week: SILVER SNEAKERS with JEFF.
This class is geared towards muscle strength, balance, and range of motion. You use a chair for balance, resistant bands, light weights and a small ball.It is a great class for older individuals who want a class that is geared towards what they need. Fridays 10-10:45 am.

National Granola bar day-Try some granola with various dried fruits, nuts, cheerios or coconut just to add some natural sugar. Granola bars are packed with energy and their convenience is undeniable. #NationalGranolaBarDay

Andrea Ellison-She teaches Spin,Strength Training and FitSpin. She has been an instructor for over 15 years. Andrea enjoys family time,lake days, bike rides and working out.Her Fitness Motto is, "Every morning you have a new opportunity to become a happier version of yourself."

Class of the week is the Saturday morning ( 8-8:45 am ) Spin class with Andrea/Susan. The time is perfect because you can get your workout in and enjoy the rest of your Saturday. Start your weekend off right and join in.
