Due to the safety of our staff we will be closing the Fitness Center at 5 pm today, January 28, 2019. All afternoon classes (Zumba and Spin and Stretch) have been cancelled.
We will be open tomorrow morning at 5:30 am.

We will be open!! Come in from the weather and join one of our Fitness Classes, you won't be disappointed.
We are back to our regular hours for the remaining of the week.
Next week we are starting our new classes: Tone/Stretch ( Wed-4:30-5:15pm), Barre(Wed- 5:30-6:15pm ) and Yoga stretch ( Fri. 7-7:40am ) class as mentioned on the 2018 Winter schedule.
There will be Pickleball this week. On Thursday, they will play starting at 6pm. On Friday, they will be playing from 7:30am-10:30am.
