There was a crude oil spill in downtown Brooklyn today. The spill is contained with dirt and the Columbia Township Fire Department has contained the oil away from waterways. They assured us that there is no danger to people. Traffic is being rerouted around the downtown area.

A message of Congratulations for our COHS Seniors from Mrs. Melissa Adams: Tonight is Options graduation. Every year it is a great day, yet sad in some ways. I look forward to seeing the adventures and the great things my students will move on to do. I will miss them. I am blessed. I love our district, but I am especially lucky to get to know all the amazing people who come in to our school. Each one has a lesson to teach me. My life is full. Thank you Lisa, Kristy, Steve, Bob, Phil, Bonnie and Jordon for being a part of this journey. We are the lucky ones who get to watch the transformation of these students. Thank you Dr. Campbell for supporting us and what we do. Thank you Chris for working with our kids. Thank you to the School Board also. I am happy and so proud of my "kids"! Happy Graduation Eve, be careful, be safe, I love you all. See you tonight! πŸ’™πŸ’›πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘
