A fantastic group of girls at Columbia Schools for our Girls on the M.O.V.E. “Mentor Up” program!🙌 💫Yesterday they talked about “Take 5 to Dream” and the value of breathing and quiet relaxation and thinking time.
At “Mentor-Up” they learn about the value of using “Exceptional Behaviors” to achieve their dreams!💫 Student role models participate and assist while developing leadership skills.🙌
