This comes from the State of Michigan: Michiganders have been preparing for COVID-19 for weeks, and all individuals should continue to take the following basic personal-hygiene measures to prevent the spread of the virus: • wash your hands often with soap and water or use hand sanitizer; • avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands; • cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing; • avoid handshakes; • avoid contact with sick people who are sick; and • stay home when you are sick. Quote of the Day: If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it. - Michael Jordan
