Get Fit with Krista! I’ve started my Spin and Core classes at the fitness center. I teach Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30-5:15 pm. We ride for about 35 minutes and then do core work for about 8-10 minutes.
We’re just starting again for the season so now is a great time to join us! With the Holidays on the way, now is a great time to tone up and shed a few pounds before all the festivities begin!!!
The first class is free!! After that you can buy a punch card, which includes a free class and can be used for any of the fitness center classes and it never expires. You can also pay by class-$5.00. Check out Columbia Community Fitness Center website to get prices on everything.
