We had guest speakers from the Holocaust Memorial Center (in Farmington Hills, MI) zoom in today to present to Mr. Parkinson's US History classes and Mr. May's AP US History course. It was an awesome experience! Students were engaged in a forum about the Holocaust and the return to "normalcy" for the victims of this awful genocide. Even though we are in the midst of a pandemic, the students were able to ask in-depth questions and receive insightful feedback from the professionals of this organization.
Mrs. Hogel’s class: Practicing, identifying and counting money. It would be a good idea to practice giving your child 6 or more random coins and have them tell you how much it is. Mix it up with different combinations of quarters, dimes, pennies and nickels. 💙🦅💛
