The Columbia School District Board of Education is requesting sealed bids for snow plowing, grounds care and athletic field care to begin from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
● Posting date: March 30, 2026.
● Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Meet at the Administrative/Business Office (11775 Hewitt Road, Brooklyn) by 9:45 a.m. We will travel to all sites included in the scope of work so questions can be answered during the site reviews for each aspect of this RFP. You MUST attend the pre-bid meeting in order to submit a proposal.
● Sealed bids must be received in the Administrative/Business Office (11775 Hewitt Road, Brooklyn) on or before 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 1:15 p.m. in the Business Office. Please provide itemized costs if bidding on more than one service as well as bundled pricing if bidding on more than one service.
● Selection of the preferred vendor will be presented to the Board of Education on April 27, 2026.
● Board decision will be held on May 11, 2026.
● Notification to participants will occur on May 12, 2026.
