Dear Columbia Options Students and Families,
I hope you are well and that you are enjoying a restful and rejuvenating summer break. As we prepare to begin another exciting school year, I want to extend a heartfelt welcome back to all of our returning students and families, and a warm greeting to those who are new to our Columbia Options High School community.
This year brings a meaningful change, as I step into the role of Lead Teacher following the retirement of our dedicated principal, Lisa Klink. I am honored to continue the work she began and to help guide our school forward with the same passion and commitment to student success that defines Columbia Options.
Thursday, August 14th from 5:30–7:00 P.M.
Come meet our staff, pick up class schedules, explore the school, and enjoy some delicious BBQ. This event is for both returning students and those new to our community—it’s a great chance to reconnect with friends, get questions answered, and feel the energy of the year ahead.
We will begin the 2025-2026 school year on Wednesday, August 20th, with a half day of classes. Our incredible team of educators has been working hard to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student is seen, heard, and encouraged to grow. At Columbia Options, we believe deeply in empowering learners and achieving success together.
Our school offers a unique and personalized educational experience tailored to meet students where they are, helping them discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and build a path toward graduation and beyond. We are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive school climate where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
