Senior parents class of 2021.....
We are still looking for those who need to pay their $20.21 for after prom, although we aren’t able to officially hold an after prom we are still working on gifts to raffle off during the senior lunch on June 2; please drop off a check at the school or Venmo Kristinab38 your $20.21
With the help of some amazing parents Carol Schneider-Willoughby, Jodi Collins and Trisha Miller we have been able to collect some extra donations to provide these big ticket items below to be raffled. Every senior will walk away with something and some will win these prizes! Any extra donations will help ensure more big ticket items can be purchased.

Reminder....11 grade students are expected to take the ACT WorkKeys assessment tomorrow. 12 grade students also have the opportunity to take the ACT WorkKeys. Students who are testing need to report to the building by 8 AM. Makeup testing will be available for those in quarantine. All other CCJH/HS students will be Learning at Home per our normal Wednesday schedule.

Reminder.. 8th and 11th grade students are testing on Tuesday. Please be sure to have your child arrive on time. If your child is quarantined, there will be a makeup date for testing. Grades 7, 9, 10 and 12 will be Learning at Home on Tuesday.

Columbia Central Testing Week Schedule, April 12-16

Henry Ford Allegiance Health has begun scheduling students that registered for the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. They are working hard at getting all students registered and will continue scheduling into next week as needed.

The CCHS Leadership students are hosting a Clothing Drive for our Golden Eagle community. We are accepting donations of gently used or new clothes and shoes April 12-16 in the main office. Students in need of items will receive a selection of these items the week of April 19-23. Please email Mr. Jackson if you have any questions.

Parent chaperones need to bring a driver's license if they do not have a current background check on file. We will cover the current itinerary, room assignments, and standard procedures.
The CCHS Girls Basketball team plays today, Monday April 5, at 7:00 pm at Ypsilanti Lincoln in the State Quarterfinal Playoffs! The girls will be leaving the high school at 4:45 pm and are being escorted through Downtown Brooklyn. Please come out and meet in the downtown Brooklyn square at 4:45 pm to show your community support by waving, honking and cheering the girls onto a victory!

The CCHS girls basketball team plays Monday at 7:00 pm at Ypsilanti Lincoln. The girls will be leaving the CCHS at 4:45 pm and being escorted down town. We are asking for people to come out and meet in the square at 4:45 PM to show their support as they play Grass Lake!💙🦅💛🏀

In a combined effort, Henry Ford Allegiance Health and the Jackson County Health Department are happy to provide the opportunity for Columbia School District students 16 and older to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. The student vaccination clinic will take place on Thursday, April 8, 2021. Junior High track practice will begin Monday, April 5th from 3:00-4:30 pm at the high school track. Dress for cold weather (sweats, hoodies, running shoes, etc). Bring a mask and water! You must have a physical on file to participate.
Until then, be sure you are getting some miles in over Spring Break! See you on the infield on Monday, April 5th!
