Good Evening,
As a result of the new MDHHS Emergency Order, our building will transition to Distance Learning through December 9, 2020.
Our staff has been in preparation for this and promise to continue to support your child both academically and with any social/emotional needs they may have. With your partnership, we will plan to work together in the days and weeks ahead. Please take time to carefully review this email and the attachment closely with your child. We have included important information about our updated Distance Learning Schedule requiring all students to participate in online class meetings throughout each week.
Listed below is an overview of our new Distance Learning Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday-Students will be required to attend online meetings for each class beginning at 9:45 AM. We will take attendance at these sessions.
- Wednesday and Friday- Learning activities and assignments will be completed in an asynchronous format. Academic Support times will be provided on these days.
- If you need to report your child's absence on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday for the required class meetings, please email tabatha.halloway@myeagles.org. In addition, any medical documentation may be emailed to this address or returned to the school when we are back In-Person.

Meal Distribution for Distance Learning- Meal pick up will be on Wednesday, 11/18, at the high school (in the drop off loop in front of the office) from 10am to 11am for all students. Due to the holiday next week, this will be an 8-day meal pickup. The next meal pickup will be on December 2nd.
The Columbia Central Jr./Sr. High School office will be open throughout Distance Learning from 8 AM-2:30 PM each day. Please feel free to call with questions.
