Call Jackson County ISD at 768-5200 to make an appointment to be fingerprinted and complete a criminal history check. You must bring a completed Livescan Fingerprint Request Form with you to your appointment. Please make sure to bring or send in your completed Livescan Fingerprint Request Form to the Administration Office when you are finished with the fingerprinting process.
