This unit focuses on the sense of sight, how light enables us to see, and how eyes take in reflected light. Students develop models to explain how light is reflected off objects and travels to the eye, and how the information from the eye is processed to the brain.
Thanks to Mrs. Schiel and the Jackson Area Career Center, for supporting our students so they could bridge a connection from what they are studying in class about light and sight. Students were so excited to investigate the structures of a cow's eye and see how closely it resembles their own.
