In June of 2002, $1,500,000 was dedicated
to renovating the Columbia Central High School Auditorium and adding a Community Fitness Center onto
the current high school.
The
focus of the new Columbia Community Fitness Center (CCFC) has always been on "community" usage.
The Board of Education and Administration are pleased that this facility
is available for the residents of the Columbia School District to take
advantage of and enjoy. The goal is that the programs offered through CCFC will be self-supporting.
